This powder is made up of Ingredients like Dhanyaka, jeera, trikatu, rocksalt, Haridra, cinnamon, saunf, ajwain, methi, hing, etc, which improves metabolic rate, helps in digestion, and better absorption of nutrients.

Smoothie preparation – Take 50 grams of vegetables like ash gourd, ridge gourd, bottle gourd, cucumber, radish (any of these) +  put 5 leaves of these greens like fresh mint, coriander, curry leaves, tulsi, amaranth, [any two of these] + A small piece of fresh ginger + few drops of lemon juice + 2 grams of smoothie powder.

Grind all of these together in a mixer, pour it into the glass without filtering, and drink the same Early in the morning or evening or both times on an empty stomach.
